No.
How do you determine travel expenses?
I generally work with you to book travel using hotwire, travelocity or etc to determine expenses. I do my best to be respectful of expense as I’m booking my travel. I don’t need to stay at the Four Seasons (not that I’d COMPLAIN about that). :)
Do you book your own travel?
It’s definitely easiest if I create my own travel itinerary because I’m the only one with full access to my calendar. I will happily work with you through the process and then once we’ve agreed on an itinerary, I will invoice you for that amount and make those arrangements myself. I am however flexible in this regard. :) For example, occasionally couples fly me in using frequent flier miles. Fantastic! We’ll work together to determine what works best for everyone. :)
I’m really interested in package one but there are a few things I’d like to add and a few things I don’t think we need. Do you offer custom packages for weddings?
A resounding YES! It is very rare for me to book a standard package for a wedding without making at least a few customizations. No two weddings are alike! I want to make sure that you have EXACTLY the kind of coverage for your wedding that you want and deserve. Please contact me to discuss a custom package to suit your specific needs.
After our wedding, how long until we get to see our images?!
No more than 4 weeks after your perfect day, the proofs (unedited digital files) will be uploaded to a private, password protected proofing site. There you will be able to select images for your album (if included in your wedding package) and view and purchase prints, digital files or albums (if not included in your wedding package).
How long will our images be available online?
Generally images are hosted online for anywhere from 3 months to 1 year depending on the package you’ve purchased.
